惠州：4位中年妇女，骑三轮车去工地偷这个，被依法刑拘！

夜深人静， 4名中年妇女骑一辆三轮车物色作案目标，结果将一工地价值1万多元的钢筋偷走。日前，惠城警方侦破此案，将4人依法刑事拘留。

万元钢材被盗

据惠城警方介绍， 4月12日上午7时许，一事主报案称，在惠城区马庄某小区工地处，价值1万多元的钢筋材料被盗。

接报后，惠城公安分局便衣大队立即赶往现场排查，办案民警依托智慧新警务迅速锁定了嫌疑人，并于当日18时许在马庄湖山村将4名女嫌疑人抓获，当场缴获作案三轮车一辆。

事件回顾

经审讯，嫌疑人苏某琴（有盗窃前科）、苏某莉（有盗窃前科）、裴某（有盗窃前科）、陶某花对其盗窃钢筋违法犯罪事实供认不讳。

据嫌疑人供述， 4月12日凌晨，4人骑着一辆三轮车，在马庄湖山村附近四处闲逛，物色有无值钱东西可捡，当看到一工地边上有钢筋摆放在地上，并且没人看管，于是4人便上前将部分钢筋搬上三轮车，并迅速逃离现场。

目前，公安机关依法对4名嫌疑人采取刑事强制措施。案件正在进一步办理中。
