对于高层住宅楼的住户来说，电梯基本上是每日都需要使用的设备，但是如果这一常用设施无法保证安全，那住户的安全或许也会受到很大威胁！

6月21日上午，家住大亚湾区东部阳光花园小区32栋一单元的业主华伟向惠州电视台爆料称，他在小区乘坐电梯时突然遇到电梯急速下坠。说起当日发生的电梯下坠事故，他至今心有余悸。

东部阳光花园小区业主华伟： 当时电梯以快速的速度降下，降下来的时候，把我一家人，我的弟弟还有我老婆，拉到这个角度来了。

东部阳光花园小区业主华伟： 然后电梯大概停了10秒到20秒之间，电梯门已经开了，此时电梯还没停靠楼层，电梯门就已经打开了。

华伟说， 当时电梯停在负一层离楼面约30公分处，一家人也顾不了那么多，第一时间逃离电梯， 尽管没有人受伤，但大家都受到了惊吓。

物业回应

为了进一步了解当天发生的情况，记者来到了东部阳光花园小区物业管理处， 物业方面表示，事故发生后，他们紧急进行了处置，并找了电梯维修公司进行检测。

东部阳光花园小区物业管理处相关负责人：包括电梯公司的经理都全部叫过来到现场去检查电梯情况，电梯属于特种设备，说实在话，有专业的特种设备科来进行指导，每年定期检查和各类的制度，都有一个全套的方案在。

电梯能否正常运行，关乎业主们的人身安全，业主希望物业加强安全管理，定期做好电梯维护并向业主公布检测结果。对此，东部阳光花园小区物业管理处也作出了积极回应。

东部阳光花园小区物业管理处相关负责人： 第一就是给他这个问题一个反馈，第二就是要上门给人家道歉和安慰，从当天下午2点，一直到晚上我们都一直有联系，因为我们就是不管是业主存在什么问题，我们都是面对不会逃避。
