2020年4月18日21时57分许， 深圳交警接到警情：在宝安区料坑大道一台赣G****7号牌小型轿车停在道路中间。接警后，执勤民警到达现场后发现，赣G****7号牌小车驾驶员黄某明处于不省人事的状态。

民警多次呼唤黄某明都没有反应， 故现场无法对其进行呼气式酒精检测，为防止黄某明出现意外，民警立即联系医院救护车。

救护车达到现场后，众人合力将黄某明抬上救护车送往医院，所幸黄某明并无大碍，经医院抽血鉴定， 其血液酒精含量为253.13mg/100ml，已达到危险驾驶标准。

酒驾等绿灯时睡着

据黄某明供述，2020年4月18日19时30分许，黄某明在宝安区料坑大道小芙蓉酒家跟同事聚会，期间黄某明喝了一瓶红酒。

21时许，喝完酒后黄某明步行到料坑社区民生一路公司楼下停车场取车，随后驾驶车辆准备返回宝安区和平社区德金花园住处，行驶至小芙蓉酒家对面斑马线路口，在等行人过马路时不知不觉就睡着了，醒来时发现自己已经在医院了。

已被采取刑事措施

前一秒还在礼让行人，下一秒便已不省人事。醒来后发现自己躺在在医院病床，接着还得戴上手铐、入住牢房。

事后，在面对询问时，黄某明表示自己小孩刚出生还没满月，自己白天要上班，晚上还要照顾小孩，没怎么好好休息，加上自己酒量也不太好，不知怎么的就睡着了。

现如今， 黄某明因涉嫌危险驾驶罪已于2020年4月22日被采取刑事强制措施。
