这8种菜过夜了就别吃啦，对肠胃不好还可能危害健康！

很多人为了方便会多做一点菜留着第二天吃，有些煮得太多吃不完的也会留到第二天食用。但是请注意，这些食物最好不要隔夜吃哦~

哪些过夜的菜肴不推荐

一，隔夜的绿叶菜

一般以茎叶类蔬菜硝酸盐含量最高，瓜类蔬菜稍低，以根茎类和花菜类为主。所以，如果在同一时间买了很多蔬菜，就应该先吃叶菜类，如大白菜，菠菜等。假如第二天想多做些热食，就应该尽量少做茎叶类蔬菜，选择瓜类蔬菜。

加工后的青菜最好在4小时内吃完，尤其在夏季，如果青菜真的没有吃完，不要隔夜食用。 其中菠菜、芹较高。再热时很容易变成亚硝酸盐。

二、隔夜海鲜

四，银耳、蘑菇

不管是野生的还是人工栽培的银耳，蘑菇等，都容易残留大量的硝酸盐。要是放的时间真的有点长，只能忍着把它扔掉，否则会引起肠胃不适。

五、隔夜汤不放金属器皿

残汤长时间盛于铝、铁的锅中，会析出对人体有害的物质。

最好的保存汤汁的方法是： 汤汁中不要加入盐等调味品。煮沸汤，然后用干净的汤匙把它盛出来。无法饮用时，最好用瓦锅或者保鲜盒装起来放入冰箱保存。

六、隔夜卤味

防止食物中毒，春夏秋冬吃卤味不要过夜。就算放在冰箱里，也不是绝对的“安全保障”，冰箱里容易滋生霉菌，隔夜卤味易危害健康。

七、隔夜凉拌

冷拌菜在加工过程中已经受到了较大的污染，如果将其隔夜保存，即使冷藏也很可能已经变质。

八、隔夜马铃薯

过夜土豆不仅失去了营养成分，而且产生了亚硝酸盐，所以不建议过夜后食用。
